The prospective distributor should have the following key attributes

- Preferably the party should have exposure in the area of interventional therapy ( coronary or peripheral)
- Should have exposure in consignment based business model
- Should have a good track record of performance
- Financially sound, should be capable of investing in BG with the manufacturer apart from investment in stock and market receivables
- Should have 1 manpower, technically equipped, who would work dedicatedly for the Enodvascular products
- Should be willing to provide logistic support at late hours as well Endo business deals with emergencies
